Is home staging included when I list with Flowers Team?
Home staging is included for Flowers Team Real Estate sellers who list under our Gold Package, with no upfront cost to the seller. Staging is absorbed as part of our full-service fee and collected upon a successful sale. You do not pay for staging before your home sells.
This is one of the things that distinguishes Flowers Team from many other agents in Milton. Some agents offer no staging at all, leaving sellers to figure out presentation on their own. Others refer sellers to outside staging companies, but those companies work from whatever inventory happens to be available. Availability varies, consistency is not guaranteed, and in a busy market, the pieces you need may simply not be on hand. There is no substitute for having the entire staging operation in house, which is exactly what Flowers Team has built. We control the inventory, we control the quality, and when something specific is needed for a property, we have the ability to go out and source it. That level of control over every element of your listing's presentation is what sets us apart.
Here is what is included when you list with Flowers Team under the Gold Package:
• A personal staging consultation with Tara Llewellyn, our Certified Staging Professional and Milton's number one stager since 2017
• A full written preparation checklist for your home
• Complete staging execution on stage day, with our full crew managing the transformation
• A professional cleaner who follows the staging team and prepares the home for photography
• Professional photography and videography, all coordinated on the same day
Sellers who choose a lower-tier package, typically those who prefer to manage their own home preparation or feel their property is already presentation-ready, do not have staging included. There is also an option to book a staging consultation only, without full execution, for sellers who want expert guidance but prefer to handle some of the staging work themselves.
