Home staging at Flowers Team Real Estate is a fully integrated, in-house service led by Tara Llewellyn, our Certified Staging Professional and Milton's #1 stager since 2017. It is not something we outsource or treat as an optional extra. It is a core part of how we prepare every home for market, and it is built into the process from the very first consultation through to the final photograph on listing day.
Here is how the process works from start to finish:
The process begins with a consultation. Tara meets with you at the property, walks through every room, and develops a detailed staging vision specific to your home. She provides a written preparation checklist, advises on paint, lighting, repairs, and anything else that will affect the presentation, and answers your questions about what to expect.
Next comes the seller preparation phase. Based on Tara's checklist, sellers handle any prep work, such as decluttering, painting, or minor repairs, before stage day. Flowers Team helps coordinate trusted trades throughout this process.
On stage day, everything comes together. The Flowers Team staging crew and movers arrive at the property and execute the full staging vision, which Tara has planned in advance. On the same day, a cleaner comes through after the staging is complete, followed by our professional photographer and videographer. Sellers are asked to be out of the home during stage day because of how busy the operation is. By the time they return in the evening, the transformation is done.
The reveal is one of the best parts of working with Flowers Team. Sellers consistently describe it as emotional. Walking into their own home and seeing what it has become, what buyers will see, is a moment our team genuinely loves delivering.
After the home sells, Flowers Team coordinates removal of all staging inventory. The process runs in reverse, quietly, and the next phase of the seller's life begins.
