We look for agents who have sold at least a handful of properties on their own. We do not bring on agents who have never transacted independently. Ideally, you have been licensed for two or more years and have completed at least five transactions. That said, production volume matters less to us than mindset. If you are driven, coachable, and genuinely enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you.
Our splits are not the lowest in the market, and we will be upfront about that. What we can tell you is that agents who work here net more than they did before, because the infrastructure behind them converts more business. When you are backed by a staging team, a marketing department, a dedicated ISA, and the most recognized real estate brand in Milton, you close more deals. That is the number that matters.
You will spend time learning our systems, getting comfortable with our brand, and building your database strategy. There is no rigid onboarding program, but you will have access to weekly training, peer mentorship from experienced agents on the team, and one-on-one coaching. The team meets twice a week: a sales meeting every Monday morning and a training session every Thursday. You will be supported from day one.
Yes. Agents typically start on the buyer side, which builds strong negotiation skills and market knowledge quickly. As you develop and qualify as a listing specialist, you will take on seller clients as well. This is different from most teams, where agents are locked into one role. Here, you grow into the full picture.
When a lead comes in, it goes to you first. You make the initial call.
