What we have seen staging do in Milton
The industry numbers match what we have watched happen in Milton for years. We have seen the same model of home listed for sale at the same time, in the same market, where the staged home sells for thousands, and sometimes tens of thousands, more. That is not a single lucky example. It is a pattern we have seen repeat again and again.
Staging has become the norm in Milton. When a home is not staged, buyers notice, and it can quietly work against the seller because the home does not feel like the others. In our experience, staged homes are far more likely to attract multiple offers, sell faster, and photograph better because we stage a home with the listing photos in mind.

What Does Flowers Team Home Staging Include?
Staging with the Flowers Team is fully customized to you. It can be a complete transformation of a vacant home, or a refined update that works with key pieces and the natural flow of your home. It can be as little or as much as you want.
It begins with a consultation with Tara. After that meeting, you receive a home preparation checklist, a clear set of notes covering anything that will help get your home ready. From there, our team handles the transformation, and a curated set of finishing touches makes sure your home looks its very best for photos and showings.
How Much Work is Home Staging for me?
Very little. We know the idea of staging can feel like one more big job on top of everything else that comes with selling a home. It is not. Our team takes care of the work, and the process moves at your pace.
It begins with a consultation with Tara, which can happen quickly when you want it to. Afterward you receive a home preparation checklist, a clear and simple set of notes on getting your home ready. Preparing the home and handing it over to us is the only part that is yours, and the timing is entirely up to you.
From there, our team handles everything. We choose a stage day and tie it to your launch on MLS. On that day our crew brings your home to life: movers bring in the furniture and accessories, our stagers style every space, and we arrange a sparkle clean so your home is photo-ready when our photographer arrives. All you have to do is walk back in and enjoy the transformation.

What Clients Say About Our Staging
Home Staging Frequently Asked Questions
Is home staging included when I list with the Flowers Team?
Yes. Professional staging is included for Flowers Team clients who list their home with us, upon a successful sale. When you sell your home with our team, our team prepares it as part of getting it ready for the market.
Can you stage my home without selling it?
No. Our staging service is reserved for Flowers Team clients who are selling their property with us. Staging is part of how we prepare and market the homes we list.
Do you stage vacant homes as well as occupied homes?
Yes. We stage both. We can fully furnish an empty home, or work with key pieces alongside what you already have in an occupied one.
Should I stage my home before or after it is listed?
Before. Staging works best when it is done ahead of photography and the listing going live, because most buyers see your home online first. We build staging into the preparation stage so your home makes a strong first impression from day one.
