Yes, Flowers Team Real Estate does occasionally sell staging furniture, though not as a standard service. There are two main ways this happens:
On a one-off basis: Tara Llewellyn very occasionally sells a specific piece from the inventory when a client has fallen in love with it and the logistics make sense. This is the exception, not the rule. Selling a single item depletes the active inventory and creates a gap that needs to be filled, which adds to the complexity of running a staging operation at scale. When it does happen, it is handled case by case.
Through warehouse sales: Flowers Team has held staging warehouse sales in the past, and will likely hold them again. These events happen when pieces in the inventory have been placed in many homes over time and Tara decides to retire them from the active rotation and refresh the inventory with newer selections. The warehouse sale is an opportunity for the Milton community to purchase staging furniture directly from Flowers Team, often at very attractive prices.
The most recent Flowers Team warehouse sale was enormously popular. Buyers lined up down the street before the doors opened. When another sale is planned, it is worth watching for the announcement on our social channels and website.
