Can I buy the staging furniture after my home sells?

The process of identifying, sourcing, and purchasing a replacement takes time, and the staging program needs every piece to be available for the next property. Selling individual items depletes the inventory and creates logistical complexity that does not serve the staging operation or future clients well.

There is also a more practical reality about why buyers fall in love with staging furniture: it is the full look, not the individual pieces. The sofa buyers loved in their staged home looked the way it did because of the rug under it, the throw on it, the art behind it, and the lamp beside it. Pulled out of that context and placed in a new home without all those supporting elements, a single piece rarely delivers the same feeling.
