Time allows for better preparation decisions. When there is adequate lead time, sellers can make thoughtful choices about renovations, updates, and repairs. Tara's consultation might reveal that new light fixtures, a paint refresh, and some minor repairs would generate significant returns. With time, those things can be done properly. Without time, they get rushed or skipped, and the result shows.


Time eliminates the financial pressure of rushing.
