No, there is no upfront cost for staging when you list with Flowers Team Real Estate under our Gold Package. Staging is fully included as part of our service and is absorbed into our fee, collected upon a successful sale. You do not pay for staging before your home sells.

This is an important distinction that Flowers Team sellers consistently tell us they appreciate. The process of preparing to sell a home can involve other out-of-pocket expenses, such as paint, updated light fixtures, or minor repairs, and we want to minimize the financial pressure on sellers wherever we can.

Here is how the cost structure works:

The staging itself, led by Tara Llewellyn, our Certified Staging Professional, is included in the Gold Package at no upfront charge. That covers the consultation, the full staging execution on stage day, the movers, the cleaner, and the coordination with our photography team.

The only costs sellers typically pay upfront are the preparation items they choose to invest in based on Tara's recommendations: paint, hardware, light fixtures, or minor repairs. These are decisions made together with Tara's guidance and focused exclusively on improvements that will generate a return.

The structure is designed to remove financial pressure from the preparation process, so sellers can focus on getting the home ready rather than managing upfront costs before the sale.

For sellers who choose a package other than the Gold, staging is not included. There is also an option to book a Flowers Team staging consultation only, without full staging execution, for sellers who want expert guidance but prefer to implement recommendations themselves.
