Every year, we generally see an uptick in sales, average selling price and listings after Labour Day. Although the number of sales and was down, the average selling price was up both month-over-month and year-over-year.
TRREB’s MLS® System reported that 174 homes were sold in Milton last month, down from 212 in August and down from 284 last September.
The average selling price of a home in August was $1,128,493 a slight increase from $1,061,719 the month before and an increase of 23 per cent a year ago.
