No one should be without a home. The Amy Flowers Team and Milton Transitional Housing have teamed up to help bring awareness to how you can help end homelessness in our community.


A Healthy Community Begins at Home


Did you know that there are people in crisis and at risk of homelessness - living right here in Milton? Milton Transitional Housing offers hope, while providing safe, subsidized transitional housing, and helping clients graduate to independent living; by overcoming the challenges that prevent them from securing & maintaining a stable, affordable home.


How you can help.


Fundraising enables Milton Transitional Housing to continue the work for those in need in Milton. They rely on an amazing group of volunteers, donors, and supporters to help them succeed in their mission to prevent and end homelessness in our community.
