Do I have to be in town for a staging consultation?
No, you do not have to be in town for a Flowers Team staging consultation. We have a few options that work well for sellers who are out of the area, travelling, or simply cannot be present for the walkthrough.
The most common approach for remote sellers is a video call consultation. Tara Llewellyn, our Certified Staging Professional, walks through the property while you join by video, so you can see and hear everything in real time. You can ask questions, flag concerns, and get the same honest, detailed feedback you would receive in person. This works extremely well and is something we do regularly with sellers who are relocating, snowbirds, or simply managing a busy schedule.
In some situations, Tara can conduct the consultation on her own, walking through the property independently and delivering her written staging report and preparation checklist to you afterward. You receive all of the same recommendations and guidance, just without the live walkthrough together. This option works particularly well for sellers who trust the process and want Tara's unfiltered, objective assessment without the pressure of being present.
