Meditation Hikes- Mount Nemo

Halton Parks members receive a 15% discount. Pre registration is required $17 + HST

Enjoy a hike through a Halton Park as an instructor from Moksha guides and teaches you basic principles of mindfulness and meditation. These hikes will incorporate a series of short exercises and meditations at carefully chosen spots along the trail. You will learn to be present in your surroundings, calm your mind and stimulate your senses. Experience the outdoors and connect yourself with nature! No experience is necessary. Hiking difficulty is easy to moderate. Please wear appropriate footwear and bring a water bottle!

Dear Edwina Junior

Presented by Milton Youth Theatre Productions

Dear Edwina Jr. is a heartwarming musical about the joys of growing up from the creator’s of Junie B. Jones. The story follows the adventures of plucky advice-giver extraordinaire, Edwina Spoonapple as she directs the neighbourhood kids in a series of buoyant production numbers for the latest edition of her weekly “Advice-A-Palooza”.

Milton Mutt Strutt

This is a great way to walk and raise money for the 5,000+ animals OMHS cares for every year. This year’s 2km strutt and 0.5 km stroll will follow the path around Downtown Milton. Shop at the Vendor Marketplace, visit our Silent Auction, face painting and dog agility demonstrations and make this a fun morning out for everyone!
