Amy Flowers earns Million Dollar Guild® recognition in Milton’s luxury real estate market

57 Victoria Street in Milton Ontario, historic home built in 1856 and restored for modern living.

Amy Flowers, Broker and Team Leader of the Flowers Team, earned Million Dollar Guild® recognition from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing in July 2026. The designation recognizes Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists (CLHMS) with documented experience in the million-dollar and above residential market. It is the first credential of its kind for Amy, adding a nationally recognized luxury benchmark to more than two decades of experience serving Milton. For clients buying or selling at the town’s higher price points, it signals training and results built specifically for that market, and they sit alongside the full-service selling program we run for every Milton listing.

What is Million Dollar Guild® recognition?

Million Dollar Guild® recognition is awarded by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, the organization behind the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) designation. CLHMS itself is earned through a combination of luxury-focused training and documented sales performance, generally requiring an agent to close transactions ranking in the top tier of their local market. GUILD recognition builds on that foundation. It is reserved for CLHMS designees who go on to close residential transactions at or above the million-dollar mark, verified through the Institute’s application process. In practical terms, it separates agents who have simply completed luxury training from agents who have proven results at that price point, which in most markets are not the same thing.

How did Amy earn the designation?

Amy has been a licensed Realtor since 2001, and Million Dollar Guild® recognition reflects a natural next step after more than two decades building a team around Milton real estate, including the estate and acreage properties we market just outside town. The qualifying transactions came through recent work with Flowers Team clients buying and selling at the million-dollar mark and above, submitted and verified through the Institute’s application process. It is Amy’s first credential from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, earned in July 2026 alongside running a team of 16+ specialists and holding the #1 ranking in Milton since 2009.

What does this mean for Milton luxury buyers and sellers?

For clients working with the Flowers Team on a higher-end purchase or sale, Million Dollar Guild® recognition adds a layer of verified experience to a process that already includes in-house staging, professional photography, and a dedicated marketing department we keep under one roof. Luxury transactions carry different expectations around pricing strategy, presentation, privacy, and buyer psychology, and the training behind this designation is built specifically around those differences. It means a Milton seller listing a high-end property, or a buyer competing for one, is working with an agent whose luxury market performance has been independently reviewed, not simply self-reported.

Why does a credential like this matter when choosing a luxury real estate agent?

Anyone can describe themselves as a luxury specialist. A third-party designation like Million Dollar Guild® means that claim has been checked against actual closed transactions at the million-dollar threshold and above. For buyers and sellers evaluating agents in Milton’s luxury segment, that distinction is worth asking about directly: has the agent completed luxury-specific training, and can they show closed sales at the price point in question. Those two questions are exactly what separate CLHMS and GUILD-recognized agents from the rest of the field.
