The Italian Canadian Club of Milton (ICCM) is honoured to be working with La Rose on organizing Italia Fest 2018. The event will be hosted on the ICCM grounds in a collaborative effort as La Rose has outgrown their space for Italia Fest.

Italia Fest is an outdoor family festival and fundraiser that celebrates Italian culture and heritage in Canada with Italians and ALL other cultures alike through food, dance, music, fun and a sense of community.

Sounds of Summer Sidewalk Sale

Visit Downtown Milton on Saturday, August 11 from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for the Sounds of Summer Sidewalk Sale – a unique shopping experience! Downtown Milton businesses will be participating in the Sidewalk Sale by offering a variety of goods and more. Local musicians from Rick Imus Music Studio, House of Chords Music Centre, and Acoustic Blend Cafe will set the tone for this lively event with performances along Main Street East to help you dance from store to store. Don’t forget to pick up a scavenger hunt card to complete for a chance to WIN our Sounds of Summer prize pack, valued at over $150. Scavenger Hunt cards can be picked up at the Downtown Milton BIA table outside 251 Main St. East.

Get out under the sun, shop local, and come enjoy the sounds of summer in Downtown Milton!

Spend Friday nights in August watching a movie under the stars with your family. Make an evening of it with dinner or book a campsite to spend the night. Family Outdoor Movie Nights run Friday nights from August 10th to August 31st. weather permitting.

Enjoy a hike through a Halton Park as an instructor from Moksha guides and teaches you basic principles of mindfulness and meditation. These hikes will incorporate a series of short exercises and meditations at carefully chosen spots along the trail. You will learn to be present in your surroundings, calm your mind and stimulate your senses. Experience the outdoors and connect yourself with nature! No experience is necessary. Hiking difficulty is easy to moderate. Please wear appropriate footwear and bring a water bottle!

Milton Farmers Market

The Milton Farmers’ Market has been bringing farm-fresh goodness and old-fashioned hospitality to Main Street, in downtown Milton, since 1972. Our farmers proudly display “picked fresh this morning” produce and the streets come alive with artisans and flower vendors. The  Milton Chamber of Commerce  operates the weekly Saturday morning event from May through October and is one of Ontario’s best outdoor Farmers’ Markets. This years Market will host over  40 vendors  on Main Street
