Milton Real Estate Leader Amy Flowers Named to Advisory Board and Panel Moderator at Royal LePage National Chairman's Mastermind Conference

Flowers Team Founder Brings Over Two Decades of Expertise to Canada's Premier Real Estate Leadership Event

MILTON, ON - March 2026

Amy Flowers, founder and team leader of The Flowers Team at Royal LePage, was selected to serve on the Advisory Board for the Royal LePage National Chairman's Mastermind Conference, held in Toronto this past February. In addition to her board role — which shaped the vision and programming for the entire event — Amy was chosen to moderate one of the conference's most highly anticipated strategic sessions, Clarity Over Complexity: Designing Systems That Actually Work.

The National Chairman's Mastermind is one of the most exclusive gatherings in Canadian real estate, bringing together the country's top-producing team leaders for a full day of forward-thinking education, peer exchange, and leadership dialogue. This year's event was presided over by Phil Soper, CEO of Royal LePage and one of the most respected voices in North American real estate, and drew an elite audience of industry leaders from coast to coast.

As a member of the Advisory Board, Amy played an integral role in designing the conference curriculum — from session selection to speaker positioning — helping ensure the day delivered meaningful, strategic value to Canada's highest-performing agents and team leaders.

Her panel, Clarity Over Complexity, brought together three powerhouse voices in real estate operations: Gillian Oxley (Toronto), Royce Finley (Winnipeg), and Corrie Harding-Keizs (Mississauga). Rather than focusing on tools or technology, the session explored the leadership philosophy behind building systems that reduce noise, eliminate waste, and create lasting consistency — a topic that resonated deeply with the senior leaders in the room.

"The best systems aren't the most complicated ones — they're the ones your team will actually use," said Flowers. "This panel was about helping leaders stop adding and start designing with intention. That's what separates teams that survive from teams that scale."

The session examined three strategic pillars: how information moves through a high-performing team, the database as a leadership asset rather than a technology problem, and how accountability can be embedded into culture without micromanagement. The contrast in approaches represented by the three panelists sparked some of the most candid and valuable dialogue of the day.

Amy's selection to both the Advisory Board and the moderator role reflects her growing national profile as a real estate thought leader. Since founding The Flowers Team in Milton in 2001, she has built one of the area's most recognized women-led real estate teams. The Flowers Team is currently ranked #11 in Canada out of more than 20,000 Royal LePage realtors nationwide — a distinction that reflects both their exceptional client results and their commitment to elevating the profession through education, mentorship, and industry leadership.

Home Prices Hold Steady While Sales Cool to End the Year As 2025 wrapped up, Milton’s housing market mirrored broader trends across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), where economic uncertainty and interest rate pressures continued to shape buyer and seller behaviour. However, improved affordability and stabilized pricing in Milton may be setting the stage for a more active market in 2026. Affordability Improves as Prices Dip Annually The average sale price in Milton for December 2025 settled at $973,454 , marking a modest 0.92% increase month-over-month from November’s $964,583. While prices held steady to close out the year, we saw an 8.93% decline compared to December 2024 , when the average price stood at $1,068,920. This softening in prices aligns with what Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) President Daniel Steinfeld observed across the GTA: “The GTA housing market became more affordable in 2025 as selling prices and mortgage rates trended lower... Once households are convinced that the economy and labour market are on a solid footing, sales will increase as pent-up demand is satisfied.”
