Milton Real Estate: What the Royal LePage Chairman's Club Means

Amy Flowers | Flowers Team Real Estate • October 15, 2026
Royal Lepage Chairman's Club Retreat 2026

QUICK ANSWER

The Royal LePage Chairman's Club recognizes the top 1% of Royal LePage REALTORS® in Canada, and in Milton real estate it signals proven results, a national network of top agents and access to the systems those agents use. Amy Flowers of the Flowers Team attended the invitation only 2026 Royal LePage National Chairman's Club Retreat in Greece and brought 3 working ideas home to Milton clients.

  • The Chairman's Club is the top 1% of Royal LePage REALTORS® nationally, based on closed earnings and/or units sold.
  • Only Chairman's Club members can attend the National Chairman's Club Retreat, and the 2026 retreat sold out in minutes.
  • For 2025, the Flowers Team ranked #11 out of more than 20,000 Royal LePage agents across Canada by gross commission income.
  • Amy Flowers moderated an AI and Tech Genius Roundtable table of 10 Chairman's Club members on September 26, 2026.
  • Milton clients gain a referral network of top 1% agents for moves anywhere in Canada.
  • The Flowers Team has already put a retreat idea to work: uploading full video scripts as YouTube captions.

Hiring an agent in Milton real estate comes down to one question: who will protect your money, your timeline and your peace of mind best? Plenty of agents list awards. What sits behind the award is what matters to you. In late September 2026, Amy Flowers, Broker, CEO and Team Leader of the Flowers Team at Royal LePage Meadowtowne Realty, travelled to Greece for the 2026 Royal LePage National Chairman's Club Retreat. This post explains what the Chairman's Club is, what happens inside that room, and the 3 ideas we brought home to Milton for our clients.

What Is the Royal LePage Chairman's Club?

The Royal LePage Chairman's Club is a national award that recognizes the top 1% of Royal LePage REALTORS® in Canada, based on closed gross commission income and/or units sold. REALTORS® who earn it in 10 out of 14 consecutive years receive the Lifetime Chairman's Club Award.

Royal LePage publishes these criteria on its Agent Awards page. The Flowers Team has held Royal LePage Chairman's Club standing, Top 1% in Canada, since 2009, and Amy Flowers has been a Lifetime Chairman's Club member since 2018. For 2025, Royal LePage ranked the Flowers Team #11 out of more than 20,000 agents across Canada by gross commission income. The full list sits on our awards and recognition page.

What Is the Royal LePage National Chairman's Club Retreat?

The Royal LePage National Chairman's Club Retreat, also called the NCC Retreat, is an invitation only gathering of Royal LePage Chairman's Club members, the top 1% of Royal LePage agents in Canada. Membership is a requirement to attend. Numbers are restricted, and the 2026 retreat in Greece sold out in minutes.

The purpose is simple. The top minds in Canadian real estate collaborate, brainstorm and learn from each other, and build relationships with other top business minds. Those relationships reach the leadership level too. This year included a lunch conversation with Royal LePage President and CEO Phil Soper. Amy also hosted the first time attendee reception, welcoming agents who had just earned their place in the room. The retreat is a separate event from the Royal LePage Chairman's Mastermind Summit. The two are often confused, so we keep them distinct.

Program What it is Who can take part What it means for clients

Genius Roundtable Structured idea exchange at the 2026 business meeting Chairman's Club members at the retreat Proven ideas move from the room into client service

What Happened at the 2026 Genius Roundtable?

The 2026 business meeting took place on September 26, 2026, and introduced a new Genius Roundtable exercise exclusive to National Chairman's Club members. 6 business pillars each had 3 tables. Amy Flowers moderated a Genius Roundtable table in the AI and Tech pillar, with 10 Chairman's Club members at her table.

Every table answered one question, set out in the Royal LePage moderator briefing: "What 'innovation' in your assigned business pillar, a strategy, tactic, workflow or best practice, is driving your current performance and its tangible results?"

How the Genius Roundtable Works

1.        Each participant shares one innovation from the assigned business pillar.

2.        The moderator keeps every share to 2.5 minutes so every voice is heard.

3.        The table digs deeper into the ideas that resonate most and the results behind them.

4.        The moderators of the same pillar meet and choose the best innovation for the main stage.

5.        The selected ideas feed a new resource, the Royal LePage National Chairman's Club Genius Directory.

The ideas at Amy's table came from agents running some of the most productive businesses in the country. Those ideas stay with their owners. What follows is what the Flowers Team took away and is putting to work in Milton.

3 Takeaways From the Chairman's Club Retreat for Milton Real Estate Clients

1.        Upload the script as YouTube captions so every word is searchable and spelled correctly.

2.        Start AI assistants with use cases, then choose the tool.

3.        Streamline sales team onboarding so new team members get up to speed faster.

1. Upload the Script as YouTube Captions

Upload the actual script as the caption file on every real estate video instead of relying on YouTube auto captions. This idea came from the AI and Tech table. Auto captions misspell names like Milton, Flowers Team and Royal LePage. A script based caption file gives YouTube and AI engines the full script, spelled correctly, so the content becomes searchable and citable. YouTube supports this directly: its Add subtitles and captions guide shows creators how to upload a caption or transcript file in YouTube Studio.

We previously relied on auto captions. Script captions are now a standard step in the Flowers Team YouTube process. For a Milton buyer or seller searching a real estate question, that means our answers are easier to find and quoted accurately.

2. AI Assistants: Start With Use Cases

Start with the job you need done, then choose the AI assistant. AI assistants were brand new as of late September 2026, and the table compared several leading options. Their capabilities differ: some connect to a calendar and some do not. The table then brainstormed personal and professional use cases, because with new technology people often get stuck seeing where it fits.

Amy put this into practice behind the wheel. Using an AI assistant hands free while driving, she unsubscribed from 64 email newsletters and cleaned up her inbox. Small wins add up. When AI handles administrative work, more of the Flowers Team's time goes to clients.

3. Streamline Sales Team Onboarding

Streamline the process of bringing new sales team members on so they get up to speed faster. This idea came from a one on one conversation with another Chairman's Club member, away from the tables. Much of the retreat's value lives in those private peer conversations. For our clients, a faster and more consistent onboarding process protects the standard of service on every file, whichever Flowers Team agent you work with.

Why Does the Chairman's Club Matter When You Hire a Milton Realtor?

The Chairman's Club matters because it gives Milton clients 3 advantages a local only agent cannot match:

  • A national referral network. When you relocate anywhere in Canada, we hand you to a proven top 1% peer, not a name from a directory.
  • Better systems and AI tools. Ideas tested by Canada's top producers become faster, more responsive service for Milton buyers and sellers.
  • More time for you. AI handles administrative work, so more of the team's time goes to clients.

Results back it up. The Flowers Team has ranked #1 in Milton since 2009 on independent audit data and has served over 3,000 families. Our guide on how to choose the right realtor in Ontario covers the other questions worth asking before you sign.

Mistakes to Avoid When Comparing Milton Real Estate Agents

  • Treating every award as equal. Production awards like the Chairman's Club measure closed results. Many other badges do not.
  •  Ignoring consistency. One strong year is good. Year after year at the top 1% shows a system that works.
  • Skipping the systems question. Ask how the agent markets your home, uses technology and stays responsive.

The answer tells you what your experience will look like.
