Day 9 - Snow Day!

Is anyone else hoping for a little more snow to fall before Christmas? Nothing is more magical than a white Christmas!

We have a few ideas to get a few more snowflakes into your Christmas celebrations! Firstly, we are going back to visiting Art for kids Hub on Youtube to learn How To Draw A Snowflake. These guys give awesome tutorials on how to easily draw so many wonderful things! Also check out How To Draw Olaf – so much fun!

One of our favourite winter crafts is making paper snowflakes!  The fine folks at kinderart.com have provided us with instructions to make Paper Snowflakes at home, as well as patterns to make some really cool designs.  Younger kids will need some scissor help!

But if you put a whole bunch of snowflakes together to create the most fun ever, what do you have??  A SNOWMAN!!  Check out this Paper Plate Snowman craft from SimpleEverydayMom.com - he's adorable!
