Buyers will also benefit from increased choice, giving them greater negotiating power.” Sales-to-New-Listings Ratio Signals a Buyer’s Market With a sales-to-new-listings ratio of just 0.28 , the Milton market is firmly in buyer’s territory . This figure is down from 0.33 in February and far below the 0.60 threshold that typically indicates a seller's market. Buyers are clearly being cautious — and for good reason.
