KELLY DECOFF

With over two decades of experience in real estate, Kelly brings both industry knowledge and heart to every client interaction. Raised in a family of custom homebuilders, Kelly was immersed in the world of design and construction from a young age — moving ten times before adulthood as her father built each of their homes. That hands-on exposure shaped a deep understanding of the real estate process long before she became licensed herself.

Today, Kelly is known for her honesty, strategic guidance, and ability to help clients see the bigger picture. Whether she’s helping a first-time buyer find their footing or advising seasoned sellers through a major transition, Kelly leads with empathy, market expertise, and a firm belief in “guidance over pressure.” Her calm, confident presence in negotiations and her dedication to long-term relationships are just a few reasons why her clients trust her — and refer her.

Kelly specializes in Burlington, Flamborough, and surrounding areas, with additional experience across Hamilton and Niagara. She thrives on helping families navigate one of life’s biggest decisions and finds immense satisfaction in watching clients build futures and equity through thoughtful real estate choices.

Outside of work, Kelly is a proud mom to a blended family of seven children. She’s a lifelong Toronto Maple Leafs fan, a lover of travel and home design, and enjoys long walks with her two black labs. In her downtime, she crafts beautiful charcuterie boards as a creative outlet — more passion project than business. Oh, and fun fact: she has no fingerprints (ask her about it sometime).
