Christine's job, as she sees it, is to protect her clients. That starts with looking at every deal from every angle: what a contract actually says, where a home could become a problem, and what the current Milton market means for the price. When things go wrong in real estate they go badly wrong, so she works to mitigate problems before they can happen, and she coaches clients through each decision so nothing catches them off guard. She moves at the client's pace, never rushing a showing or an offer, and she stays reachable on evenings, weekends, and long after the keys change hands.
She is also direct, and her clients respect her for it. She tells them what they need to hear, prices a home correctly the first time, and negotiates hard when it counts. It is how her listings have sold quickly, at full asking in challenging markets, and over asking when comparable homes sat unsold. For clients on their second, third, or tenth transaction with her, that combination of candour and protection is exactly why they keep coming back.
