As the Client Care Coordinator for Flowers Team, Allison is the steady hand behind the scenes who keeps things organized and clients supported from start to finish. With a background in interior design, she brings a creative eye and a caring approach to everything she does.

Allison loves connecting with people and making the process of buying or selling a home feel simple and stress-free. She believes clear communication and genuine care make all the difference.

Outside of work, Allison’s creativity shines. She loves crocheting, gardening, and trying new recipes. She’s passionate about live theatre—especially when her daughter takes the stage—and enjoys concerts of all kinds. When she’s not working on a new project or enjoying a show, she’s probably spending time with friends in the backyard.

A Milton resident for more than 13 years, Allison is proud to be part of such a strong and caring community. She’s also a long-time member of the Black & White Pajama Party, raising funds for the Milton District Hospital Foundation.

Originally from the UK, she came to Canada over 30 years ago intending to stay for a year as a nanny—but fell in love with the country and never left. That same openness to new experiences and deep appreciation for connection continues to define both her life and her work today.
