While prices saw a modest month-over-month gain of 1.41% , the year-over-year dip is welcome news for buyers who were previously priced out. Buyers will also benefit from increased choice, giving them greater negotiating power.” Sales-to-New-Listings Ratio Signals a Buyer’s Market With a sales-to-new-listings ratio of just 0.28 , the Milton market is firmly in buyer’s territory .
